End of Year Awards Assembly
Sunburst Elementary held their end of the year awards assembly to honor students for their great accomplishments. Students received awards from their teachers, attendance awards, math awards, poppy poster and essay winners, million word club members, and more.
Special thanks to the VFW Auxiliary for their continued support of our poppy poster and Americanism essays. Northern Telephone Cooperative generously donated orange canvas bags with drink cups, notebooks, and pens for all students that completed a poppy poster. In addition, the Toole County Health Department generously donated a Frisbee to every student to get kids energized and active over the summer. Please look for more pics on our Facebook page.

Safe Driving Challenge
Congratulations to the group of Jasper Manthey, Ali Nau, and Miranda Kessler as they were the winners of the Toole County Safe Driving Challenge. Their video received the most likes and shares and earned them $500.
