10C Basketball Standings - Week 3

4th grade kicked off Christmas break with games, presents, a movie, and special guests who helped us learn how to play cribbage! Thanks Kori and Henry.

Candy Cane Sale

Thank you to all who contributed towards the 6th Grade Candy Cane sales. Our 6th Grade class raised $184.65 and will donate all money to the Quailwings Animal Rescue in Cut Bank.

Buddy Time! Sunburst Schools K-12 students had a fantastic afternoon with their big buddies and little buddies. Thanks to Mrs. Richmond and Miss Tomsheck for planning all of the fun activities. Thank You! The students and staff are very appreciative of the new Sunburst Refiner hoodies they received today. Thanks to all those generous folks that made this gift possible! We are extremely thankful and fortunate to live in such an amazing community.

Yesterday, 4th grade had the pleasure of performing "What Could Go Wrong the Night Before Christmas?" to our school and parents. We'll try getting the video posted for everyone to enjoy the kids' hard work and Christmas spirit!

Christmas Break

Students last day before the Christmas break will be Friday, December 19th. Students will have a regular Friday with a 2:30pm dismissal. Students will have no school from December 20th, 2025 through January 4th, 2026. School will resume on Monday, January 5th, 2026!

We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday break!

Candy Cane Sale

The 6th grade class will be having their annual candy cane sale on December 17 and December 18 at lunch. Candy canes will be $.50 each. Students will be limited to purchasing 4 at a time.

All proceeds earned will be donated to the Quailwings Animal Rescue in Cut Bank.

Thank you to Shelby Care Center for allowing the students to sing their songs to your residents. This was such a rewarding experience for all the students who sang. We can't wait to do it again!

If you want to see these students sing, you still have a chance! Today at 2:00 p.m., they will be singing the same songs they sang for these wonderful residents at the elementary school gym.

FCCLA Wreath Sale! We have extra wreaths, swags, reindeer & centerpieces. They will be available before and after the Christmas concerts today. Christmas Concerts Today!

The Kindergarten-6th grade Christmas program will be held on today, December 16, 2025 at 2pm in the Sunburst Elementary Gym.

The JH/HS Christmas Program will be held on this evening, December 16, 2025 at 7pm at the NTC Auditorium.

Both programs will be streamed live via our Sunburst Schools Facebook page.

Please join the band and choir for their annual Christmas concert on Tuesday, December 16th, at 7 p.m. With an added play and some homemade cookies, this night is sure to be merry and bright.

The 5th grade class had the opportunity to do a zoom art lesson with artist Stella Nall through the Missoula Art Museum . They got to see some of her amazing work that is on display in the exhibit and learn about how Montana and her Crow heritage inspires her work. Stella then taught an engaging drawing lesson. It was a fun hour of learning on our Thursday morning!
