Congratulations to Trevon McKinley for being selected as NTCHS’s Student of the Month! Trevon was nominated by his teachers because of his tremendous growth as a student this year. He not only has been productive with his academics but has shown valued leadership in his community. Trevon has also stepped into the role as team manager for the school's Robotics team. Sunburst Schools Preschool Program

Peace Poster Winners
The winners of the Lions Club Peace Poster contest with the theme of "Dare to Dream" were announced today. Congratulations to Raya Sagnella - 1st place winner who received $25; Coco Bucklin - 2nd place winner who received $15; Hailey Carroll - 3rd place winner who received $10. Thank you to the Sunburst Lions Club for sponsoring this activity.

Class C XC Girls Coach of the Year
Congratulations to head cross country coach Mr. Nix on being awarded the Montana Class C girls cross country coach of the year. This prestigious award is given to a deserving coach by the Montana Coaches Association.
The new Robotics team attended their first qualifying meet in Butte on Saturday. Along with having lots of fun and making new friends, the team was competitive enough to be chosen as an alliance partner to the Sun River Valley "Redneck Robotics" and the Belgrade "Ammonites". Together our three teams had the first place alliance at the meet and qualifird for State! Not a bad first showing.
4th Grade dropped off their gingerbread houses for the Marias Museum gingerbread contest and then we stopped by Whistle Stop Bakery for a quick goodie! It's the most wonderful time of the year!! 🎅🎶🎄
5th grade students were busy decorating our room this morning!

After their big win last night over Great Falls Central Catholic, the JH Lady Wildcats Basketball team will advance to play in the Final Four tournament in Cascade this Saturday at 3pm. Good luck Lady Wildcats!
