Saturday's Homecoming Football game will also include SENIOR night for our four football and one cross country students.

JH Volleyball is going into the tournament as the # 3. The Lady Wildcats first game will be on Thursday, @ 12:30pm at Great Falls Central.

The Wildcat VB team end of season tournament will be held in Great Falls at the Great Falls Central Gymnasium with action beginning on Thursday, October 7th. Final standings are unknown, but it is projected that the Lady Wildcats will open play sometime Thursday morning. Exact game times will be unknown until all games are played and seeding has been completed by the tourney directors at GFCC (estimated Monday afternoon). ADMISSION PRICES ARE

Spirit days: Picked by the Sr. Class Monday, October 4, 2021 “ Merica Monday” Tuesday, October 5, 2021 “Twin Tuesday” Wednesday, October 6, 2021” Wacky Wednesday” Thursday, October 7, 2021 “Tropical Thursday” Friday, October 8, 2021 “Fan Frenzy Friday” Thursday, October 7, 2021 Pep Assembly for K-12 students in the High School Gymnasium starting @ 2:45 pm Friday, October 8, 2021 7-12 students will be decorating floats and making posters in the morning and participating in class games in the afternoon Saturday, October 9, 2021 @ 10AM There will be a 5K walk/run for all community residents at the high school football field at 10am sponsored by the cross country team and Mr. & Mrs. Nix. Saturday @ 1:00 pm The 2021 Homecoming Parade will take place, starting at the Bus Barn across the tracks at 1:00. All floats should be at the bus barn by 12:30 that afternoon for judging. Saturday @ 3:00 pm The Sunburst Jr. High Wildcats will play the Valier jr. high football team in a game at the High School football field. Saturday from 3:30-5:30 pm Sunburst Booster Club Tailgate Party and Meal Saturday @ 6:00 pm The Refiners will host the Valier Panthers in their 2021 Homecoming Football game. The Full 2021 Homecoming Court will be presented at halftime of the football game. The NTC Student Council, led by Mr. Dunk, would like to give a huge shoutout of thanks to all of who help and support our students to make homecoming a fun and memorable week.
In the activity, Science Fruit or Vegetable, 3rd grade students examined common grocery produce and predicted if each item is a science fruit or science vegetable. Then they took a closer look at slices of the produce and searched for seeds.
Elementary Parents:
Please remember today, September 30, was the last day for students to wear shorts to school. As per school policy, shorts are only to be worn during the months of August, September, and May. Thank you!

Athletic Pictures for junior high volleyball and football will be taken next Tuesday, October 5th, after school. Picture packets were sent home with athletes earlier this week.
Homecoming Fun Run - Saturday October 9th, 10am (1.5 mile family run) & 10:30am (5K)
ASP Engineering Challenge. Points were awarded for run length and design elements. They had one class period to design and build their structures.
8th grade Physical Science uses their paper rollercoasters to understand the effects of changes in motion and speed.

Due to stocking issues from our food supply company, Sunburst Schools will have a menu change for tomorrow, Wed. 9/29. Instead of Salisbury Steak Dinner, we will be having Meatloaf Dinner.
