Cross country completed a picture scavenger hunt around town today. Way to go runners! Congrats to Ali, Gabby and Claire on their scavenger hunt win!

12th Annual Sunburst Volleyball Showcase Come watch the Volleyball high school opener with games starting @8am All day passes: Adult - $10 / Student - $5 Concessions will be available. First game @ Elem. gym 8am: Ft. Benton vs. P/D/B Participating HS: Sunburst, Ft Benton, Power/Dutton/Brady, Heart Butte, Box Elder, Augusta, Great Falls Central Catholic

The 8th graders with Mrs. Aschim also got to try their hand at building towers out of cards that had the teams' similarities. Lots of teamwork was needed today, and everyone did a great job!

The kindergarten class is working on dabs of glue today!

7th graders did a team building activity in Mrs. Aschim's class where they had to find things their groups of 3 had in common and build the tallest tower out of the cards with their similarities. The victors were Kaylee Berthelote, Tripp McAlpine, and Cheyenne Miller.

Today was a great start to a great year. Look at all those happy to begin the 2023 school year smiles. Here's to a year of making memories, achieving milestones, and learning, learning, and learning some more.

JH FB Practice JH football practice on Thursday, August 24, 2023, will be held at 3:30-5:30pm rather than in the morning. This change only applies for 8/24/23!

First Day Today is the first day of school ever for our new kindergarten class! We are excited to have them be a Wildcat and be part of Sunburst Schools!

Sunburst Schools greatly appreciated the partnership and support we have with the Toole County Sheriff's Department.

Important Athletic Announcement! The JH & HS Volleyball games scheduled at Heart Butte on Friday have been postponed (no known rescheduled date). In addition, the JH and HS football games scheduled at Heart Butte on Saturday have also been postponed (no known new scheduled date). The NTC Sunburst Volleyball Showcase on Saturday is still being held as scheduled. The JH Volleyball Showcase on Saturday in Vaughn is still on as scheduled.

Return to School! Classes begin tomorrow, Wednesday, August 23, 2023, for all students in Kindergarten-12th grade! Buses will run as per the schedule (please contact transportation director Ulan Omdahl at 406-937-2321 if you have questions). Breakfast on Wednesday will be cereal with toast. Lunch will be pizza. If you have not registered or have questions, please contact either school office. We are excited about the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year!

We had a fun time at the Reunion Run 5k today! Thanks to our participants and many volunteers. FCCLA appreciates the support! Have a great reunion weekend!

FCCLA would also like to thank our race sponsors! We had prizes for the top male and female racers for our eight different age groups. The prizes were provided by Early Bird, Sunburst Merc, Massage by Crystal, Refined Nails LLC, and FCCLA students that made goodies. Thanks for providing awesome prizes!!!

Sunburst HS Volleyball Showcase Saturday, August 26, 2023 Sunburst will host a volleyball showcase on Saturday, August 26, 2023. Games will take place at both the NTCHS gymnasium and the Sunburst Elementary gymnasium. NTCHS athletic passes will not work for this event. Ticket prices will be: $10 adults; $5 students. These fees will cover admission to all games (both gyms). Teams attending include: Sunburst, Valier, Power/Dutton/Brady, Fort Benton JV, Great Falls Central, Augusta, Heart Butte, and Box Elder. All games will follow the standard tournament format. The schedule for games is below.
