The NTCHS Refiner basketball teams compete against teams in the District 10-C Conference which includes: Sunburst, Valier, Heart Butte, Power, Dutton/Brady, Cascade, Great Falls Central Catholic, Simms, and Augusta.
Three teams advance from the 10-C to the Northern C Divisional Tournament and then two teams advance from divisionals to state.
